Getting Clean is currently in the early phases of setting up. Any help you can provide in donations will help us deliver on our organisation’s objectives and help our volunteers maintain their recovery.
As Getting Clean develops into a financially sustainable organisation, we will pledge a percentage from the proceeds of our soap sales and donations to a fund which we have created in the memory of our much loved friend Scott who passed away from a drug-induced seizure in 2021. Scott’s Trust will be used for funding vital rehabilitation facilities and resources around Yorkshire and potentially across the UK, such as:
- Recovery literature for rehabilitation centres and clinics
- Travel expenses for addicts to attend appointments and mutual aid meetings
- Donations to developing rehabilitation organisations/services
- Funding food parcels and housing services
