Returns Policy

We hope you love your order. If not, we’re here to help. Email enquiries@gettingclean.co.uk and we’ll sort it.

Returns & Satisfaction Policy

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase if you are unhappy with your order for any reason.
  • We offer two resolutions depending on the situation:
    • Replacement product if there is a fault or issue with your order.
    • Refund if you are simply not satisfied — we will provide a return address.
  • All products are sold new and unused. Returns are never resold, ensuring every purchase meets our hygiene and quality standards.
  • We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and will always aim to find a fair resolution.
  • We reserve the right to use our judgement in cases where we believe this policy is being misused or taken advantage of.
  • Your statutory rights: If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK law. Nothing here affects those rights.

Failed Deliveries

  • If your order is undeliverable and returns to sender (e.g. due to an incomplete address or no one available to receive it), a reshipping fee may be charged.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts will be treated as grounds for applying this fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds are always made to the original payment method.
  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you and, if approved, refund within 5–7 working days.
  • Original delivery charges aren’t refundable on unwanted items (only if the item is faulty or we made a mistake).

Exchanges

  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you’d like a different product, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
  • Email enquiries@gettingclean.co.uk first so we can arrange any exchange quickly.

How to send a return

  1. Email enquiries@gettingclean.co.uk with your order number and what you’re returning.
  2. Post your parcel to:
    Unit G3 Wyther Green, Wyther Park Industrial Estate, Leeds, England, LS5 3AR
  3. You may be held responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. If it is faulty, we’ll cover reasonable return costs or provide a label.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to make sure your parcel reaches us safely.

Problems with your order?

Email enquiries@gettingclean.co.uk if:

  • your parcel hasn’t arrived 3 working days after your expected delivery date,
  • your order arrived damaged (please include photos),
  • you need to update the delivery address before dispatch.

We aim to reply within 1–2 working days and will get it sorted.


A note on sustainability

We want you to love your order, but please only return if you really need to – returns create extra transport emissions.
