Shipping policy

Delivery

Free UK delivery on orders over £25.00. The threshold is based on your final cart total and shipping is calculated thereafter.

UK orders under £25.00 have a £3.50 delivery charge (we actually make a small loss on shipping).

Outside of the UK: we do not currently offer deliveries outside of the UK as a standard service. However, if you are interested in purchasing some of our products and you’re not based in the UK, email enquiries@gettingclean.co.uk and we will try to make it happen!

How long will it take?

  • We post nearly every order within 24 hours. If you order before noon - we will try to ship the same day 
  • Mainland UK: average shipping time is under 48 hours
  • Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man: average shipping time is 3-4 days
  • During busy periods and bank holidays, delivery may take a little longer.
  • Delays disclaimer: Very rarely, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (for example courier disruption or severe weather). We can’t be held responsible once a parcel is with the courier, but we’ll always do everything we can to help.

Tracking & missed deliveries

  • We use a tracked delivery service. This means that we can track the ongoing delivery of your order if needed.
  • If you’re not going to be in or want to leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a pickup point, let us know and we can provide you with your tracking number.

All orders are packed in recyclable, plastic-free materials.
